The 2013 Annual Shareholder meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 7:00pm in the Mountain Green  Elementary School.
We encourage all shareholders to attend this  important meeting.  Items of discussion will include:  review of the 2012  financial report, voting of new members to the board, discussion and  ratification of new bylaws and articles of incorporation.  We look forward to seeing you  there.
