Drought Resolution

On March 17, 2021, Governor Cox issued executive order 2021-7 State of Emergency Due to Drought Conditions.  To support Governor Cox, the Cottonwood Mutual Water Company issued resolution 2021-01 Encouraging Increased Water Conservation Due to the Current Drought Conditions.

Cross Connection Control Program

In compliance with Section R309.105.12 of the Utah Public Drinking Water Rules and the International Plumbing Code as adopted by the State of Utah, Cottonwood Mutual Water Company has adopted a Cross Connection Control Policy that all customers should be made aware of and follow.  Please take time to become informed about your responsibilities as a customer of CMWC.  This is a serious issue and requires us to work together to protect our water supply.   For more information contact the cross-connection administrator at 801-876-3895.
