Dear Shareholders,

Dear Member,

Please know that the water company is here to serve you.  If you ever have a question or concern please contact us.  Jenalee and I will do all we can to answer your question, or resolve your concern in a timely manner.

As you may know, the warning for nitrates has been in place since last year.  However, the nitrate levels have been below the critical value of 10.0 mg/l since March 2010.  We continue to monitor the effected well twice per month.  Our sample results from November 12th and November 23rd were 8.9 mg/l and 8.8 mg/l respectively.  A December sample was submitted on the 10th and when the result becomes available it will be posted.

We are continuing to work closely with the developer, county, and state in developing a well to resolve the nitrate issue.  We are confident the necessary documents will be in place shortly in order for the project to proceed.

Dear Members,

We've completed and approved the Membership & Water Service Agreement (found under the Application tab) and ask each of you to please take a moment and fill this document out and return to our office ASAP.  If you've already submitted the earlier version you can decide if you want to submit this newest version.

Please know that we are required to have the Membership & Water Service Agreement from you as per requirements of the Public Service Commission.

Also, we've posted the amended bylaws, reflecting the company name change (found under the Documents & Reports tab).  It is in two parts, due to its size.  Our web hosting service will not allow us to post a file larger than 5.0MB without paying money.

Finally, our nitrate results from the Rosehill Well #2 have been below 10.0 mg/l since March 2010.  We continue to sample this well every other week; the last reading was at 8.0 mg/l.  We continue to work on resolving this issue and are working closely with the developer in making new water sources available.

I just wanted to drop a note to remind each of you about the upcoming shareholder meeting at Mountain Green Elementary on Thursday, October, 21 at 7:00pm.  The Board and I look forward to seeing you there.

By now each of you should have received a packet of information in the mail containing a newsletter, an announcement for the shareholder meeting, a new copy of your share certificate, and a membership water service agreement.  Please take a moment and follow the instructions found on the membership service agreement when filling it out.  Also, please include your email and phone number so we may contact you should we have questions.
